1) How To Stop Sweating Naturally
.
- Apple Cider Vinegar
Rubbing this under your arms is a natural remedy that lowers the pH of the area, preventing bacteria and bad odors from becoming a problem
- Improve Your Hygiene
Make sure you are washing regularly and possibly using an anti-bacterial soap
- Wear Natural Fibers
These allow for better air circulation which can dry off some of the sweat before it soaks into the material of your clothes.
- Eat A Well Balanced Diet, Smoke & Drink Less
A diet high in processed food will be full of additives and preservatives. One of the reasons we sweat is to excrete toxins from the body, so by reducing the amount of toxins present you will hopefully be reducing the need to sweat. The same goes for alcohol and cigarettes with both of these being high in toxins that need to be removed.
- Exercise More
Use a regular exercise schedule to accelerate the flushing out of your body’s toxins on your own terms when it is acceptable to sweat heavily.
- Avoid Foods That Stimulate The Sweat Glands
Foods that are spicy or that stimulate the metabolism will increase your propensity to sweat. Avoid these foods if you are trying to sweat less.
- Better Manage Your Stress
If you sweat heavily when you are anxious or stressed then you need to look at activities such as exercise, meditation or yoga to de-stress. Alternatively you can look at natural and prescription methods that do this for you.
